Founded in 1898, the Woman's Club of Enfield, CT is a proud member of the General Federation of Women's Clubs. It is one of the oldest and most outstanding civic organizations in Enfield. Members of the club are women over the age of 18 interested in volunteer service to the community, state, and nation.
The club is involved in a variety projects:
Community service work with local nursing homes, food pantries and after school programs
Scholarship fundraising for high school and continuing education students.
Events that support GFWC's signature project: Domestic Violence Awareness
Promotion of the Arts in local schools
Arts and Crafts for its members
The Crazy Whist Party will be held on April 12th at the Enfield Congregational Church, Enfield St., Enfield, CT.
Doors open at 11:30AM, game begins at 1PM. Light lunch included. Tickets are $5 ahead or $6 at the door.
